Summers starting and i really want to get into shape. I was wondering what the best and easiest ways to lose weight are? Also what are the best ways to get muscle ,compared to the regular working out?

The benefits behind a higher intensity workout make such a routine much more powerful than a traditional low intensity workout. It is known to boost metabolism and increase the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in during a workout. Both these elements will greatly aid fat loss.
It is important not to neglect your diet though, as it is a major component in the weight loss process. If you have enough dedication, it is best to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. This will land you at five or six small meals a day. The key in diet is lean protein. Almost every meal should contain some source of lean protein. Due to the fact that protein requires much more energy to digest than carbohydrates, this will significantly increase your metabolism. In addition, make sure to cut out any soft drinks in your diet and replace it with water. Drinking a lot of water is also a great way to assist you in your weight loss goals.
As far as the “best” way to gain muscle, it all depends on your level of experience. If you are just starting out, I would find a program that teaches compound lifts (large muscle groups) and requires you to lift weights about 3 times a week.

I have a bad sweet tooth and I’ve put on a little weight lately….any ideas on how to fight cravings for candy and other sweets??? Anyone knows good ways to lose weight without a lot of time for exercising????

Well you need to exercise to loose weight. But i’ve been drinking lots of water and i have been taking the mega T green tea diet pill. It works really good, i barely get any cravings and i have alot of energy to move around. Water is your best friend.

Have a daily regiment, follow it strictly. Make a workout plan and stick to it.
If you drink soda – stop it, and if you like junk food and I advise detoxing: drink Master Cleanse:
-mix of 1 litre of water + one fresh lemon(squeezed) + maple syrup(2 table spoons) plus a little sprinkle of Cayenne pepper(easy to find).
Drink that 2 litres a day, and eat vegetables(less greasy food, fried meat and etc.)
Lost 10 kilos during exam month, by stopping to smoke, going on this diet and working out.
